Recipe: Freezing Strawberries

An easy freezing tip: Cut the top off the berries, slice them 1-3 times and drop them into those Glad freezer containers. I don't wash them because I don't want to water them down. They will freeze solid. If you want individual berries place them on a cookie sheet uncut or sliced until frozen then pop them into containers. They are WONDERFUL during the winter months over pancakes or in recipes.
